Subject: File truncated - file may have been damaged

Release: 8.5.2
Reproducible: Unknown

Hi Guys

Experiencing a problem on one of my Domino servers, I'm at a loss and need some help desperately.

Server Spec:
Windows 2008 R2 Standard
Domino 8.5.2FP3
No AV currently running
No Backup currently running

The last three mornings I've had about 4 to 5 mail files giving me the following error:

[020C:0002-1690] 2012/02/07 08:46:37 AM Unable to replicate mail\*****.nsf: File truncated - file may have been damaged
[020C:0002-1690] 2012/02/07 08:46:37 AM Unable to replicate server01/***** mail\*****.nsf: File truncated - file may have been damaged

I've tried using fixup|compact|updall to resolve, but none of these are able to process the mail file. The only way I could fix it was to delete the faulty file and replicate from another server.

Does anyone know what I should be looking out for? Why is this happening? I have disabled backups and AV. It's never happened before. No major changes were made to the server.

Please help.
